Forest Bathing

Forest bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is the mindful practice of immersing yourself in nature to improve well-being by engaging your senses. The session involves slowly walking on our planned nature path, and consciously focusing on the sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures around you to promote relaxation and reduce stress.

Roar Ritual

Our Roar Ritual is a rage ritual in a structured, guided nature-based outdoor emotional release experience designed to help participants safely release pent-up stress, frustration, or emotions through sound, breath, movement, and connection with nature. We provide a supportive environment for natural emotional expression and nervous system release, something humans have done instinctively for thousands of years.

Beach Drift Meditation

Gentle guided meditation using sound of waves, driftwood grounding, breath with tide rhythm.

Forest Sound Bath

Lay on blankets while listening to the forest soundscape.
No instruments, just presence and guided awareness.
